A life coach is a type of wellness professional who helps people make progress in their lives in order to gain greater fulfillment.   They are trained to walk you thru a discovery process and design personal action steps.  Coaches are trained in active listening and asking powerful questions.  A coach will help you identify and expand your own thought patterns and effectively identify and eliminate thoughts and habits that aren't serving you well. 

A Christian Life Coach is a trained life coach that also has been trained in incorporating Biblical Truths.  They will adhere to Biblical Principles and Priorities.  

To put it very simply, a counselor helps an individual overcome their past so it's not blocking them from success.  Counseling begins in the past, while Coaching begins in the present and is future oriented.  

Life coaching can help individuals improve their self-awareness, develop new skills, create a plan for achieving their goals, and overcome obstacles that may be holding them back from success.

Anyone can benefit from a Life Coach's help and expertise. There are no requirements to have a Coach in your corner.

My Life and Leadership Coaching Program is designed for women of faith who also run a home business.  This program is business coaching and Christian life coaching in one.  We'll work to clearly identify all of the pain points in your business and develop systems for each area.  My goal is to help you gain amazing confidence as a business owner and leader.  When proper systems are in place, your mind is free to enjoy all areas of your life fully. 

At the same time, we're also coaching thru matters of the home, heart, and mind. I've been a part of great business coaching programs before, but they all lacked Biblical Foundations. This program was designed to help fill that gap for faith filled entrepreneurial women.  

I've found that when we walk alongside each other for a full year, clients have the freedom to relax and dig deep into the issues that make the greatest impact.  There's no rush.  We have plenty of time to establish God honoring priorities, and implement systems into your business as well as put peaceful rhythms into your home and family life. 

 According to the International Coaching Federation, a whopping 99% of people who hire a coach end up satisfied or very satisfied with their decision. It's a huge testament to the positive impact coaching can have.  I've experienced the same over the last year on my own journey with a coach. Having someone to help guide your next steps is invaluable.

There is no wrong time to start working with a coach. I serve as a supportive partner holding you accountable and celebrating your success a long the way. It might be just the right time if you find yourself feeling 'stuck', working in circles, procrastinating, or unable to make some decisions. You may also be working way too much for not enough profit, feeling a lack of harmony between work and home life or needing to make a big change or transition. If you feel like things could be going better, or want to go from good to great, I can help you do just that. 

You don't have to be in business to have a life coach. I offer multiple different coaching programs to fit your needs.  My deepest desire is to help you create healthy rhythms in your life, whether that's in your home, in your marriage, with your kids, in your business or a combination thereof. 

God has given me great success in business and I've invested tens of thousands of dollars in business training.  Because of those things, it feels right to coach business women, but my heart's deepest desire is to walk alongside Christian moms.  I asked God how Abundant Joy Coaching could help faith filled moms, and out of that prayer came the Mom to Mom Mastermind.  I'm delighted to walk alongside moms who desire to grow. 

 Fair question. It's common for businesswomen to hire a coach, but less common for working moms and stay-at-home moms to invest in themselves in this way. Through my experience working with moms groups and mentoring, I've encountered many women who deeply care about personal growth, are seeking community, and sometimes struggling to address the gaps left from their upbringing or past hurts. My heart ached for them, and I asked God, "How can I help?" 

Out of that prayer, the Mom to Mom Mastermind was born as a way to make coaching accessible and affordable for struggling or growth-focused moms. I'm thrilled to be working alongside moms and guiding them to seek God's best.

As a certified Life Coach, I know that I can't help everyone.  I've asked God to show me who I can serve the most effectively.  This is the group that I feel I can add the most value to.  If you are a mom of adult children, I have an incredible recommendation for you in regards to a Life Coach that specializes in healing relationships between parents and adult children.  A resource page with that information and more is coming soon.   If you are not a mom, you are still welcome to enroll in Life & Leadership Coaching or the Intro to Coaching Package. 

Yes!  Once you are registered in the Life and Leadership Coaching Program, you are eligible for referral benefits.  For everyone that you refer, you will receive a $100 cash referral gift as a thank you from me.  Referrals are the kindest form of a compliment.    You are eligible for this referral gift for the duration of your Life and Leadership Program + and additional 3 months after completion.
